Suzanne Sbarge is a force in the arts community of Albuquerque and New Mexico. Since 1989, she has lived and worked in Albuquerque, where she has brought her own particular creativity and passion for art to her arts leadership work in New Mexico for more than two and a half decades. She founded 516 ARTS in 2006 and previously served as Executive Director of Magnifico Arts, Inc. and was Program Director at the Harwood Art Center, both in Albuquerque. She is a working visual artist herself, who shows her work regionally and nationally.

Tom Guralnick has been an arts presenter and performing musician for more than 35 years. After being Director of the New Mexico Jazz Workshop, he founded Outpost Productions and the Outpost Performance Space in 1988. Guralnick is also the Artistic Director of the New Mexico Jazz Festival (Albuquerque & Santa Fe) and a founding director of the Western Jazz Presenters Network. In 2018 he was named a “Jazz Hero” by the Jazz Journalists Association and was also a recipient of the “Platinum Music Award” from the New Mexico Music Association.
